OUR CLASS LEVELS
Beginner – Focuses on providing new students with the basics of yoga practice and is suitable for those with no previous yoga experience
General - Suitable for all students and focusses on the needs of those students attending
Experienced - Provides a more advanced class for those students with previous yoga experience
