I’n the past 4 years I’ve been through the breakdown of a 21 year relationship; become a single-parent of 3 childen 3.5 years apart; left a 15 year career; discovered my sexuality; experienced domestic violence, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and depression; and cared for a loved one with mental illness.
